CFD’s outpatient Adult Recovery Program addresses the complex nature of substance use recovery.
We recognize recovery as a process of change to improve health and wellness, lead self-directed lives, and strive to reach an individual’s full potential.
CFD provides a client-centered, strength-based approach to identify and implement healthy lifestyle changes. All Adult Recovery Program staff are highly trained substance use treatment specialists.
Services are covered by OHP and several private insurance carriers.
CFD also offers a self-payment option.
Financial support may be available if eligibility requirements are met.

Comprehensive ASAM drug and alcohol assessment
Co-occurring disorder services
Group, individual, and family therapy
Recovery skills training
Peer support services
Relapse prevention planning
Urinalysis
Opioid-specific recovery support
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
Substance use education
Collaboration with legal systems and referral sources
Continuing care/recovery support
